Greg is a insurance professional and insurance industry consultant with over 40 years experience specialising in the field of workers' compensation, compulsory third party (CTP) motor insurance and builder's home warranty insurance.
Greg was actively involved with the insurance industry and the NSW Government in the privatisation of CTP motor insurance scheme in NSW and established one of NSW first private insurers in that new market.
Greg was chairman of the oversighting committee for the McKinsey review into the NSW Workers compensation scheme in 2001 which resulted in major scheme reforms that, at the time contributed to a significant improvement in scheme performance and saw the establishment of the NSW Workers' Compensation Nominal Insurer.
During Greg's career he has been National General Manager for a Workers' Comensation and CTP insurer, established and co-owned one of NSW largest occupational rehabilitation providers and personal injury consultancy business (sold in 2003). He has worked with Statutory Authorities as well as some of Australia's largest employers, employer organisations and also with some of Australia's major insurance companies as an industry specialist consultant.

- Chairperson of the NSW Builder's Home Warranty Insurance Scheme
- Chairperson of the NSW OH&S and Workers' Compensation Advisory Council
- Chairperson of the NSW Home Building Advisory Council
- Director of StateCover Mutual (Specialist Local Government Worker's Compensation Insurer).
